Hello, I'm Ellie O'Connell, an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD). Currently, I serve as the dietitian for Richmond AFLW and Melbourne Boomers (WNBL), working with individuals from Western United (Mens A-League), Richmond's VFL team, and endurance athletes. My commitment to education extends to collaborating closely with some Victorian independent schools, including Scotch College, Loreto Mandeville Hall, and Shelford Girls Grammar. Additionally, I contribute to educational initiatives at Deakin University, aligning with my passion for empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health and performance.

I believe in empowering my clients through evidence-based and practical nutrition advice. My services include thorough nutrition consultations tailored to individual needs, goal-setting, and personalised meal plans. I am dedicated to staying current with the latest research to help clients achieve health and performance goals through sustainable nutrition practices.

Outside of my Dietetics commitments, I'm also the Pilates instructor for Richmond Football Club, AFL. Outside of work, I enjoy competing in triathlons, recognising the crucial role of a healthy mind and body, and how nutrition contributes to that extra 1% for peak performance.
